Troubleshoot PDF printing issues in HandiSoft Online

Printing issues are usually caused by printer compatibility, missing drivers, or network connectivity problems in the Citrix environment.

Check printer compatibility and drivers

If a printer freezes or becomes unresponsive when you print a PDF, speak with your IT provider.

Your IT team can:

  1. Confirm that your printer is supported in a Citrix environment.

  2. Install or update any required printer drivers on your local machine.

Print the PDF with workaround

If you need a quick workaround, you can print the PDF outside of HandiSoft Online. Alternatively, you can use the Microsoft Print to PDF option to save the PDF directly to your local drive.

To do this:

  1. Download the PDF to your local device.

  2. Open the file locally.

  3. Print the PDF from your local PDF viewer.

This method bypasses Citrix printing and often resolves the issue immediately.
