HandiSoft Online (on Access Evo) - MyDesk failed to launch your application in HandiSoft Online

Can't login to Citrix or HandiSoft Online

Within Access Evo (previously called Access Workspace), when attempting to log in to HandiSoft Online, error: MyDesk failed to launch your application. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your administrator, may arise, you should:

  • Log out of Access Evo.

  • Clear your browser's cookies and cache.

  • You can apply any Citrix updates.

Apply Citrix updates

You can check the Version of Citrix as Citrix may have rolled back to a prior version. Citrix needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled if you are not on the current version.​​

  1. On the bottom taskbar on your local machine, click the up arrow ^, right-click on the Citrix icon, then click check for updates.

  2. If an update is available, close out of the workspace, install the update then restart your computer.

  3. Log in to Access Evo.
