HandiSoft Online (on Access Evo) - Programs are unresponsive in HandiSoft Online

When your Access HandiSoft Online programs are unresponsive, freeze, become locked, or you notice documents are missing within the Citrix environment, you will need to ensure you are logging out correctly.

  1. If there are any HandiSoft programs that you can exit, save your work and close the program before proceeding.

  2. In the top middle of the screen, click on the Arrow to access the toolbar.

  3. Click Ctrl+Alt+Del.

  4. Select Sign out to close out of the HandiSoft Online environment.

  5. From the web browser, in the top right corner, click on your name/avatar, then choose Sign Out.

  6. Close and open a new web browser, then sign back into Access HandiSoft Online.

  7. Log back in to the required program.
