If your HandiSoft Online session is freezing on the Welcome screen, or black/white screen, or not loading HandiSoft Online, or an application is frozen, or the error 'a problem occurred while building your space' occurs, see below.
If you are logged in to HandiSoft Online, click Log Me Off.
Clear your browser cache.
Check for any pending Citrix updates and install them.
Restart your PC.
Log back in to HandiSoft Online.
If you cannot sign out:
Close the browser window manually.
Restart your PC.
If the issue continues after these steps, provide the affected user’s full name and login email address.
