If your HandiSoft Online session is freezing on the Welcome screen, or black/white screen, or not loading HandiSoft Online, or an application is frozen, see below steps to try:
If you can access the top bar, then go to Ctrl+Alt+Del, Sign out.
Check for Citrix Updates.
Restart the PC and log back in to Access HandiSoft Online on Access Evo.
If you can't sign out, and if Ctrl+Alt+Del is disabled, you will have to close the window manually, and restart the PC.

After clearing your browser cache, checking for Citrix updates and restarting your computer, if you still cannot access HandiSoft Online, raise a new case online and include the full name of the affected user along with their login email address.
