If your HandiSoft Online session is freezing on the Welcome screen, showing a black/white screen, not loading HandiSoft Online, or displaying the error message "A problem occurred while building your space", follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
If you are logged in to HandiSoft Online, click Log Me Off.
Log in with a different browser.
Clear your browser cache.
Update your web browser to the latest version to avoid compatibility issues.
Check for any pending Citrix updates and install them.
Verify that the remote desktop or Citrix Workspace launcher opens correctly. If using multiple monitors, check all connected displays.
Restart your PC.
Log back in to HandiSoft Online.
