I have my old phone
If you have your old mobile device and need to set up two-factor authentication on a new device, follow the steps below:
Log in to your Access Evo and enter your email and password.
Select Use my authenticator app.
Open the Authenticator app on your phone and enter the code.
Select your name from the top right-hand corner and select My account.
Select Two-factor authentication and click Disable two-factor authentication, then click on Disable authenticator app.
Click Add authenticator app.
From your new mobile device, download the authenticator app of your choice and scan the QR code, i.e. Google Authenticator, enter the code and click Verify, Close.
Select Generate new backup codes, Tick I understand the use of backup codes, and click Generate codes.
Save the backup codes.
Click Back and on the top of the screen select Sign out and close All browser tabs.
Log back into the website: go.access-workspace.com.au, enter email and password and click Sign in.
Select Use my authenticator app and click Next.
I do not have my old phone
You need access to your backup codes or request a reset of your 2FA.
If you do not have backup codes, complete the form within Disable two factor authentication 2FA request form to disable the two-factor authenticator. If you have backup codes, follow the steps below.
Log in to your Access Evo and select Use one of my backup codes.
Enter a backup code and click Sign in.
Click Change my settings.
Follow on from step 5 above.
