HandiSoft Online (on Access Evo) - Disable two-factor authentication (2FA) for HandiSoft Online

Backup codes are very important, and it is up to each user to save these upon enabling the Two Factor Authenticator (2FA).

If you cannot locate your backup codes, your 2FA will need to be disabled. A Support ticket must be raised by creating a new case online or by contacting Support on 08-92450600.

A Support analyst will provide the necessary form for you to disable the 2FA.

You will need to complete and submit the form to your case. The 2FA disablement can commence and may take 24 to 48 hours.

Note: To continue using HandiSoft Online on Access Evo, a workaround is for the administrator user to add the member as a new member using a different email address. The 2FA disablement process above is still required for the original email address.
