Once the 2FA has been disabled, you will be able to log into Access Evo (previously called Access Workspace).
To access HandiSoft Online, you must set up Two-factor authentication.
Select your Name from the top right-hand corner and select My account.
Select Two-factor authentication and click Add authenticator app.
Scan the OCR code in the authenticator app of your choice, i.e. Google Authenticator, enter the code and click Verify, Close.
Tick I understand the use of backup codes and ensure you save or print these codes. IMPORTANT: Please ensure you save or print these backup codes.
Click Back and on the top of the screen select Sign out and close the all open browser tabs.
Log back into Access Evo at go.access-workspace.com.au, enter your email and password then click Sign in.
Select Use my authenticator app and click Next.
Enter the code on the Authenticator app.
