Important: If you do not have access to your phone and the backup codes are required see how you can log in if you have not received your text or don't have your smartphone with the authenticator app.
We do not recommend Text Message delivery of the MFA code due to the less secure and reliable delivery of the code.
We recommend that you receive your MFA 6-digit code via an Authenticator Application on your smartphone.
The delivery of the MFA code by the Authenticator Application is almost 100% guaranteed.
Using an Authenticator Application ensures you and your staff will have access to HandiSoft products from within HandiSoft Online.

When you are logged into HandiSoft Online on Access Evo:
Click on your name in the top right and go to My Account or visit this URL: https://identity.access-workspace.com.au/manage/twofactorauthentication
On the left, click on 'Two-factor authentication' if it's not already selected.

Under Authenticator App, press 'Disable authenticator app'.
