HandiSoft Online (on Access Evo) - Set up Outlook in HandiSoft Online

When you first log in to Access HandiSoft Online on Access Evo, the Outlook box will pop up so you can set the required Outlook settings.

Note: This feature is only available when you log in through Access Evo.


You may need to speak to your IT or Administrator to provide you with the email requirements below. Before setting up Outlook, the following information is required:

  • Email Address

  • Password

Outlook Setup

  1. Log in to HandiSoft Online (on Access Evo).

  2. Click on the Windows icon bottom left and select Outlook.

  3. Enter the required Email address, then click Connect.

  4. Enter the Password, then click Sign In.

  5. Remove the details in 'Add another email address'.

  6. Untick the Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too and click Done.

Profile limit

HandiSoft Online gives you 10GB of storage space. To make sure your profile is not affected by reaching this limit, review the recommended steps for reducing your profile size. These settings only apply when you are working in the HandiSoft Online environment. If you need to access files or settings from before your migration, you will need to do that on your local PC.

Tip: If you require additional email inboxes, this can be added in the same way as Outlook on your desktop. For further instructions on setting up emails, refer to Add an email account to Outlook (microsoft.com).
