HandiSoft Online users have a 10GB limit of space. When nearing this limit, a user may receive, Running on very low disk space or The disk is full warnings.
A user's profile can be reduced in the following ways:
Email limits.
Watch Directory.
Desktop files.
Email limits
Ensure the user's email settings are limited to three months (or less).
Open Outlook, then go to File, Account Settings.
Click Account Settings again, then select and open the email address, then change the setting, Mail to keep offline, to three months or less.

Regularly file documents away into the client folders.
Desktop files
All documents on a user's desktop or in the document folder use disk space. File any documents saved on the desktop into the client's folders or on the local PC.
Note: We recommend filing documents away rather than leaving them on your desktop.
