Your Access HandiSoft Online User Profile mainly comprises the following:
Desktop.
Downloads.
Documents.
Favorites.
Emails.
To prevent reaching this limit:
Remove Downloads and Documents no longer required from the Citrix workspace.
Delete or move documents on your Citrix Desktop session into the Y:\ drive.
Delete or move documents from the HandiSoft watch folder on your Citrix Desktop session into the Y:\ drive.
Modify the volume of emails kept offline.
Change your email settings
Note: Cached Exchange Mode, which downloads a copy of your messages, must be turned on.
Open MS Outlook in the Citrix workspace.
Click File, Account Settings, Account Settings.
Select your email account, and then click Change.
Under Offline Settings, move the slider to the desired amount of time, such as All, 12 months, 6 months, 3 months, or 1 month, days etc.
Click Next, Done.
Note: If you move the slider to 3 months, only mail from the past three months will be synchronised to your Offline Outlook Data (.ost) file from the Exchange server. Items older than 3 months reside only in your mailbox on the server. You can change this setting at any time.
If the above fails and you cannot complete the above, raise a case with Support, who will reset your profile for you. Remember to include the user's full name and email address. You will need to move any files in your Documents and Downloads folders, along with any items added to your Desktop to the Z:\ or Y:\ to ensure they are not removed during the profile reset.
