If a password issue stops you from logging into your software, first check if your Administrator can reset your password, using the steps in the Access HandiSoft (Practice Manager Security): How do I reset a users password?

If this doesn't resolve, please confirm how your passwords are enabled:
Via Practice Manager Security or
Using the Operator / Supervisor setup from within other HandiSoft programs
Then, raise a new case with support online and reference the title of this article.

If the Administrator password does not work, have the business owner raise a case requesting a temporary password.
