Selecting the program year version to run
When you run the Practice Manager Security module (PM Security) you will be given the following options screen:
Highlight the correct Practice Manager Security year and click Run.
Practice Manager Security can also be accessed from your Server drive Hsoft/Apps and click on the Hs application file.
The reason for this is that each year's programs need to be regulated through the applicable option. i.e. All 2018 HandiSoft programs through 2018 and HandiTax 2017, and 2016 through the 2017 and 2016 options respectively.
Note: If you are not able to access the prior years, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. List the error and the years that you aren't able to access so then the correct files can be forwarded.
