When trying to save a document to a folder in Document Manager the below error may occur:

To resolve:
Go to File Explorer and navigate to the location in the error e.g. C:\Hsoft\Doc\DocBase\Clients\CLIENT REF\20YY.
2. Where the folder exists, open Document Manager, right-click on the Client Ref drawer, Synchronise.
3. If the folder does not exist:
Search for the folder in the HSoft\Doc\DocBase folder to see if it has been inadvertently moved.
Check the Recycle Bin and restore if located.
Create the folder in this location with the same path name.
4. Once the folder is back in the correct path, open Document Manager, right-click on the Client Ref drawer, Synchronise.
