If your Chart of Accounts is showing Equity range accounts as Suspense do the following:
Log in to HandiLedger and Select the Entity and Year.
Go to Reports, Account Ranges.
Select Purge.
Answer Yes to both questions, close out the Account Ranges screen.
Go to Tools, Verify Accounts, Start.
Once complete, click Close.
Review your chart of accounts range type.
If the issue still occurs, read in a new chart of accounts.
