The following error messages can occur in Practice Manager Security:
Invalid data segment.
Not unique in record.
Invalid record ID.
data incomplete.
Not node page at position.
database corrupted.
The error will point out which particular file is having an issue.

These errors can be resolved by running a rebuild in the relevant Practice Manager Security module.
Rebuild in Practice Manager Security
Make a note of which file the error is pointing to.
Ensure you have a current working backup of your HSoft directory.
All users must close out of all HandiSoft programs.
Navigate to the HSoft\Data folder. Sort the files by file Type. In the Type column, find the files with the type REB. Delete any REB files. Ensure that you only delete the REB file types and no other files. If there are no REB files please continue with the below process.
One user can open the relevant PM-Security year. Security can be opened directly from the HSoft\Apps folder: Hs.exe.
Go to Tools, Rebuild.
Select the relevant table.
Read and agree to the prompts.
Complete the process and test if the error is now resolved.
