If "Invalid data segment", "Not unique in record", "Invalid record ID", "data incomplete", "Not node page at position" or "database corrupted" error messages occur, please run a rebuild to resolve.
The error will advise that the particular file is having an issue. This will assist in determining which file you need to rebuild.

Master charts
These will reindex/rebuild the master chart of accounts files.
Reindex / Rebuild master: Master.coy, Master.psh, Master.sup, Master.sol, Master.smf and Master.trs.
To run a rebuild in HandiLedger:
Take note of which file the error is pointing to.
Ensure you have a current working backup of your HSoft folder.
All users must close out of all HandiSoft programs.
Open File Explorer and navigate to the HSoft\Data folder.
Sort the files by file Type.
In the Type column, find the files with the type REB. Delete any REB files. Ensure that you only delete the REB file types and no other files. If there are no REB files, continue with the process below.
One user can open HandiLedger.
Go to Tools, Rebuild Database files.
Tick the required files, then click Rebuild on the right side of the window.
Read and agree to the prompts.
Complete the process and test if the error is now resolved.
