Only the Administrator of Access Evo can resend the signup email to a user/member.
Have the Administrator log in to Access Evo.
Click on the Members icon on the top right-hand corner.
Select the Member, then click on the three-dot icon.
Select Resend sign-up email.
Ensure the member activates their email within 24 hours.
Note: If you require the signup email for the Administrator member, raise a new case online.
