Every Access Evo (previously called Access Workspace) user requires an assigned role to open HandiSoft programs.
Access issues may arise due to licensing limitations, user roles, or administrative permissions. For example, users might encounter challenges such as permission errors when trying to open specific folders in HandiSoft Online.
Log in to Access Evo as an Administrator user.
Within the members tab, locate the member and click the 3-dot menu, then click Manage roles.
From within the Manage Roles screen, locate the Products.
Collaborate, HandiSoft Online, and Learning must be assigned with the correct permissions.
From the pull-down list, choose Administrator or User, then click Save Changes.
Select Confirm and Close to update.
The member will now have access to the applications from the Products menu.
Note: The Windows permission prompt for the Downloads folder is not required for transferring files into Document Manager. Instead, use the Watch folder workflow for file transfers.
