If the Administrator password does not work or has been forgotten, check with your firm's main Administrator or Owner, as they may have the password.
If no one knows the password and you have confirmed with the main account holders, ask the main account holder to raise a new support case. HandiSoft Support can provide a temporary password so you can reset the Administrator password. This can only be given to the authorised contact listed on your account.

Reset the Administrator password
An authorised contact of your firm is required to raise a new case online, requesting a temporary password.
A support analyst will supply a temporary password.
Open Practice Manager Security and select the relevant year.
Log in with the username ADMINISTRATOR and use the temporary password supplied.
Click the Users tab, highlight Administrator then click Clear Pwd, then click OK.
Close Practice Manager Security and log back in with the username ADMINISTRATOR.
Leave the password blank, then press Start.
You will be prompted to set and confirm a new password. Click OK.
