Practice Manager Security - Forgotten password in Practice Manager Security

If a password issue stops you from logging into your software, first check if your Administrator can reset your password.

Note: If the Administrator password does not work, have the business owner contact support requesting a temporary password.

If this doesn't resolve, use the Digital Assistant in MyAccess portal to contact support for assistance. Support can then confirm which passwords are enabled:

  • Via Practice Manager Security or

  • Using the Operator / Supervisor setup from within other HandiSoft programs.
