Follow the steps below to add a new user to Practice Manager Security.
Click on the Practice Manager Security icon and log in as ADMINISTRATOR or an existing user within the Administrator group.
Click on Users, New then complete the required details.
Assign the User to a Member of an existing security group.
Complete the fields and Save.
Select Yes to update the prior versions of HandiSoft.
The first time this new user logs into a HandiSoft program, they will manually type in their username and click Start.
The user will then be prompted to set and confirm a password.
Note: The User will be the staff name required to log into HandiSoft programs.
