When updating information on the Client Details window, the 'Outlook registration failed. Invalid class string, ProgID: Outlook.Application' error may occur.
To resolve:
Ensure Microsoft Outlook is installed on the computer.
If Outlook is installed, log out of HandiSoft Online, restart the computer.
Run a repair on Microsoft Office.
