When opening or exporting a report to Excel, you may see a ProgID: Excel.Application error.
Ensure Excel is installed locally on the machine you are exporting from.
If Excel is installed, restart the machine.
If the error continues, run a repair on Microsoft Office.
If you use HandiSoft Online, close all programs, click the Log Me Out icon or press Ctrl+Alt+Del, then select Sign Out.
Log back in to HandiSoft online and confirm the error has resolved.
