When opening or exporting a report to Excel, you may see a ProgID: Excel.Application error.
Ensure Excel is installed locally on the machine you are exporting from.
If Excel is installed, restart the machine.
If the error continues, run a repair on Microsoft Office.
If you use HandiSoft Online, close all programs, press Ctrl+Alt+Del, select Sign Out, then log back in.
If the error still occurs, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
