HandiSoft - Email Text is not sending when sending bulk emails

When sending bulk emails from Practice Manager, HandiTax, Time+Billing, the default email text may not generate in the sent email.

Ensure that your default email address in Outlook has a default signature attached to it. If there is no signature set up for the email address in use, the text does not have anything to attach to and cannot be sent.
