Every User listed in Practice Manager Security requires a separate user license.
Unable to add more users
The following message is generated when the users being set up in Practice Manager Security exceeds the number of user license you hold:
"Your current HandiSoft program does not allow you to add to user group".
To check how many licences you have go to Help and click About select the tab Licences.
Example: If you have 9 User licences in Practice Manager Security only 9 user names can be listed in the Users tab (unless they are marked as suspended), you can have one additional user name ADMINISTRATOR so in total, you would have 10 users listed one being the user name ADMINISTRATOR.
