Practice Manager Contact - Staff user cannot be activated in Practice Manager Contact

If a staff member is attempting to activate Document Hub for a client but receives the error, unable to update email address: The specified User ID is invalid or has been deleted, log in to MyAccess portal to use the Digital Assistant to contact support for assistance. Include:

  1. ​​​​​The staff member's name.

  2. ​​​​​The staff member's email address.

  3. A screenshot of the error.

Once the support specialist has investigated the user's credentials, they will contact you to then:

  1. Log in to Practice Manager Contact or HandiSoft.

  2. Go to View, Users.

  3. Locate the user, Edit.

  4. Enter the user's email address, click Validate.

  5. The user must go to their emails and Activate their validation email.
