Document Hub - Staff user cannot access Document Hub

Please complete the following:

  1. Log into Practice Manager or HandiSoft.

  2. Go to the View menu and select Users. (This can also be done through HandiTax, Client menu, Users)

  3. In the Edit User window, enter the staff email address and click Save then Validate.

  4. The Staff user will receive an email from Access Group - [email protected] (ensure this is on your safe-sender email list)

  5. The staff member will then click the Activate button in the email to be validated.


If the staff member is not receiving the Activate email,

  • Go back to the User window.

  • Edit the email address by removing the .au and click Save.

  • Add the .au back then click Save then Validate.
