Practice Manager Contact - Staff user cannot be activated

If your staff member is attempting to activate Document Hub for a client, but receives the following Error: 'unable to update email address: The specified User ID is invalid or has been deleted', please raise a new case with support online and include:

  • ​​​​​The staff member's name and email address.

  • A screenshot of the error.


Once the support analyst has investigated the user's credentials, you will then:

  1. Log into Practice Manager Contact or HandiSoft.

  2. Go to View, Users.

  3. Locate the user, Edit.

  4. Enter the user's email address, Validate.

  5. The user must Activate their validation email.
