If your staff member is attempting to activate Document Hub for a client, but receives the following Error: 'unable to update email address: The specified User ID is invalid or has been deleted', please raise a new case with support online and include:
The staff member's name and email address.
A screenshot of the error.
Once the support analyst has investigated the user's credentials, you will then:
Log into Practice Manager Contact or HandiSoft.
Go to View, Users.
Locate the user, Edit.
Enter the user's email address, Validate.
The user must Activate their validation email.
