If staff names are missing from the Clients Detail window after installing the latest upgrade, it could indicate that data tables were not completely updated before staff entered their HandiSoft programs.

Your SQL Administrator can restore your SQL backup, before the installation, and restore the HSoft folder, then re-run the 2024 installation again. On first opening of any of the HandiSoft programs after the installation, please ensure that all tables have loaded prior to any other program being opened or another user opening a HandiSoft program.

Note: If you are restoring from the backup, ensure all users are logged out of HandiSoft programs.
Alternatively, you can request an SQL script. Please raise a new case with support online and reference the title of this article. The script will be provided via the case, and should be run by your SQL Administrator.
