If the latest version of HandiSoft has been installed, and you receive the following error message(s) when opening HandiTax, this may indicate that the SBR Dependency installation did not complete successfully before first opening the software.
Rename the SBR folder and reinstall HandiSoft
Navigate to HSoft\Apps.
Rename the SBR folder by adding today's date, e.g. SBR_10072024.
Reinstall HandiSoft v1.00 again (ensure all HandiSoft programs are closed and have a recent backup before continuing).
Install the SBR Dependencies when prompted.
Navigate to your HSoft\Apps\SBR<Today's Date> folder.
Open the AAG folder, then right-click Copy on the single file within the AAG folder.
Go to the HSoft\Apps\SBR\AAG folder and right-click+paste the file in.
Open HandiTax via HSoft\Apps\HT2x.exe or HTSQL2x.exe if using the SQL version to see if the error is still occurring.
