If HandiSoft 2025 V1.00 has been installed, and you receive the following error message(s) when opening HandiTax 2025, this may indicate that the SBR files did not complete successfully before first opening the software.
Ensure all users quit all HandiSoft programs.
Open File Explorer and navigate to your HSoft\Apps folder.
Rename the \SBR folder by adding today's date, e.g \SBR_10072024.

Click the download icon to commence the SBR.zip file download to your default download location.
Go to your default download location then click on the SBR.zip folder.
Click Extract all.
Browse for the destination HSoft\Apps folder, then click Extract.
Once complete, open HandiTax 2024 via HSoft\Apps\HT25.exe or HTSQL254.exe if using the SQL version.
