The upgrade is not updating the program version

If your version is not updating after a recent upgrade, ensure you have determined the correct installation path when installing the update. The install path must end with 'HSoft'. Ensure the Apps folder is not included in the installation path.

Note: Please ensure you do not apply product updates if you are using HandiSoft Online, as updates are managed by HandiSoft.

During the upgrade installation, if you are unable to change the installation path to point to the correct HSoft location (ie. it is greyed out), please refer to this article.

If the version is still not updating, please ensure all users are closed out of all HandiSoft and Microsoft programs. You may need to access the local server and open Computer Management to check, please refer to this knowledge base article.
