The Tax return status didn't update after lodgment

If you were not prompted after your successful lodgment to change the tax return status;

  1. Go to Options, Tax Form Options

  2. Ensure Update Status is ticked, click Ok.

  3. If this option is already ticked, you may need to manually update the status go to Client, Update Tagged clients Details, Lodgment Status

  4. In the Batch Update Lodgment Status window tick Update Status and Change the Status of return to Lodged.

  5. Tick the box beside each feature you would like to update then click Ok.
