The SBR Transaction ID is a unique identifier for the successful SBR transmission of the tax return and is recorded in the Client’s Tax Form details screen. It is viewed in SBR Transmission Details and recorded on the Lodgment Information at the end of a transmission.
Has the return been lodged?
Log in to HandiTax for the year of return.
Go to Reports, Report Navigator, SBR Lodgments tab.
Find your client and click View.
Review the information in the report.
If the return has been transmitted, you will need to contact the ATO, if not, remove the SBR transaction ID.
Remove the SBR Transaction ID
Log in to HandiTax and Tag the return/s that require the SBR Transaction ID removed.
On the main menu, click Client, Update tagged client’s details, Lodgment Status.
Tick the following options, then click OK to update the tagged clients.
Remove SBR Transaction ID
Lodgment Batch No
Date Lodged
Date AssessedAttempt your lodgment again.
