Our existing provider is retiring their current platform, and unfortunately, the replacement they’ve made available to us does not support SMS replies, a feature we know many of our customers rely on.
We share your disappointment. The ability for clients to reply to SMS messages has been a valuable part of HandiSoft Notify, and we recognise that its removal represents a reduction in functionality. We sincerely apologise for the impact this has on your workflow.
At this stage, the new service is the only option available to us through our current provider.
