To continue using the HandiSoft Notify messaging service, you can purchase SMS credits via the Access HandiSoft Notify Credits Purchase Portal.
Important: Index File Update May Be Required
To ensure the new SMS service functions correctly, some customers may need to update their HandiSoft index file. This is a quick and simple process:
Open HandiSoft (any module).
Go to the Tools menu.
Select Copy a new HandiSoft index file.
Ensure the Download radio button is selected.
Click OK.
Note: The feature to check Remaining SMS Credits is currently unavailable. We're working with the provider to restore this functionality. We appreciate your patience and support throughout this transition.
