The add-on module, Notify, allows users to send SMS messages from within the HandiSoft module to clients.
Send an SMS message
Go to Tools, SMS Message, Send SMS Message.
Under Contact, select the relevant option eg. Client.
Under Recipient, click the ellipsis in the Reference label to select a client. Or click Add Recipient to select multiple clients.
Under Message, type the message to send to the client.
Note: The character count is at the top right of the text box.
Under Schedule, select to Send immediately or to Send on a specific date.
Under Signature, choose the relevant signature.
No Signature: no signature will be included
Company Signature: will include the company details that have been included in this text box.
User Signature: will include the user details that have been included in this text box.
The sender will display on your SMS as HandiSoft. See Changes to Notify for more information.
