HandiSoft - Update a HandiSoft index file for Desktop or HandiSoft Online

Updated over a week ago

A new HandiSoft index file is required:

  • to increase user licenses.

  • to update the tax agent name and number (Note: Business owner is required to notify Access of the change in tax agent details).

  • for new installations.

  • activating a new HandiSoft Online user.

Index files for HandiTax can be downloaded within the program for the current year through to and including HandiTax 2010. The process differs slightly for HandiTax 2009 and prior.
