As part of our commitment to supporting your practice and minimising disruption, we have worked closely with our SMS provider and successfully secured an extension to the current service. The decommissioning of the existing SMS platform has now been rescheduled to 23 June 2025.

To ensure continuity, the new SMS service will be made available with the release of HandiSoft Desktop Version 1.00 (2025), scheduled for 19 June 2025. Once available, you will need to download and install this latest version to resume SMS functionality through HandiSoft Notify. Note: HandiSoft Online SQL Version (2025) service will be updated as part of your managed subscription during 20-22 June 2025.
