Re-load the document into the portal folder in HandiSoft/ Practice Manager:
Login to Practice Manager or HandiSoft as an Administrator.
Find the document in the portal folder and ensure you have saved it into a Document Manager folder.
Right click on the document, click Delete, Ok.
Then right-click on the portal folder, add files to folder, find the document to add back into the portal.
The client will receive a new email that the document has been uploaded.
