When you have requested a support consultant reconfigure your Document Hub Account, you will be prompted to enter a password when re-opening any HandiSoft program.
The support consultant will provide you with this one-time authentication password in a comment in your support case.
Enter the password provided, then click OK.

If, after the Portal Account being resynchronised has not resolved your initial issue please add a new comment to your support case. The consultant can then continue their investigation.
Note: If you are not to user that requested the Portal to be resynchronised, click on Cancel, this will allow you to continue working. However, until a password is entered, Document Hub will not function.
