Activating and De-Activating Document Hub

Login to Practice Manager\HandiSoft with the username ADMINISTRATOR.
Open Document Manager.
The option to Activate/Deactivate Client Portal for the business is found under the Options menu.
4. Once this option has been selected, each user will need to close out of all HandiSoft programs to refresh.
5. To confirm the Client Portal has been deactivated, when a user next opens HandiSoft and selects Edit to display a Client Details window, the Client Portal\Document Hub field is greyed out and the status shown is Deactivated.
6. Also, in Document Manager, when you go to Options, the Client Portal item is greyed out. The Option to Activate Client Portal is available if Client Portal is later required.
7. If you do Activate Client Portal, then restart HandiSoft, and find the Portal is unavailable, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
