Document Hub - HandiSoft Client Portal is now Access Document Hub

After the recent acquisition of HandiSoft by The Access Group we have commenced transitioning our products to the Access brand.

One of these changes includes the rebranding and renaming of our HandiSoft Client Portal product. We also plan to extend the Client Portal to work with our native cloud products which has prompted the rename to Document Hub.

The rebranding and renaming was completed on 16 December 2021. The change also affected email templates and Practice Administrators were requested to perform a set of actions to update email templates: How to update email templates?

Admin Users and Practice Users will be able to access the Client Portal Area of Access Document Hub.

Client Users will see the same screen they are familiar with, with the exception of the header at the top of the screen, which was changed to Access Document Hub.

On 5 February 2022, we deployed an update to the Access Document Hub. Admin Users and Practice Users will notice updates to the User Interface. We will be providing more information to the new features and functions shortly. There were no further changes made to the user interface accessed by your clients using Client Portal with the 5 February release.
