Once a client has signed a document that was sent to them, it will automatically be locked against deletion.
When logging into HandiSoft via the username Administrator you have access to additional Document Hub functionality.

Login to HandiSoft or Practice Manager as the username Administrator
Find the signed documents that you wish to delete.
You can unlock the document by right-clicking onto it, select Details and untick Locked against deletion by XXXX.
Click Save, Close.
5. Right-click on the document again and select Delete, a message will appear, click OK.
