Your Access HandiSoft licence limits how many users can log in to Document Manager at the same time. It prevents more users than licensed from opening Document Manager. If users exit the program incorrectly or shut down their machines while Document Manager is still running, their sessions can become locked.
Important: You need to log in as the Administrator user to complete these steps.
Log in to Practice Manager Contact or HandiSoft with the username ADMINISTRATOR.
Go to Tools, Document Manager Activity Monitor.
Highlight each User who is not actively using Document Manager.
Click Clear Lock.
Click Close.
Ask the user to log in to Document Manager again.
