In Document Manager, if you notice the Client Name folder is missing from the Portal: Documents folder, check that the client is Active.
In any HandiSoft program, locate your client and click Edit.
On the Client Details window, under Related, click the ellipsis next to Document Hub to open the Document Hub Configuration for window.
If the Status shows as Active, close out of all HandiSoft programs on your PC, and then re-open Practice Manager Contact/HandiSoft and Document Manager to see if the Portal folder appears.
