Document Hub - The operation timed out: 12002 in Document Hub

If you receive the error: The operation timed out: 12002, log in to MyAccess portal to use the Digital Assistant to contact support for assistance. Provide answers to the following questions:

  • Does this error occur when uploading any document or only certain documents?

  • Does the error occur for all clients?

  • If you log in to HandiSoft with a different username does the error occur?

  • If you log in to HandiSoft on a different computer with your username does the error occur?

  • Do other users experience the error?

  • If required, the Support specialist will provide a Serv-U link and password for uploading the required Document Hub logs for further investigation.
