If you receive the error: The operation timed out: 12002, log in to MyAccess portal to use the Digital Assistant to contact support for assistance. Provide answers to the following questions:
Does this error occur when uploading any document or only certain documents?
Does the error occur for all clients?
If you log in to HandiSoft with a different username does the error occur?
If you log in to HandiSoft on a different computer with your username does the error occur?
Do other users experience the error?
If required, the Support specialist will provide a Serv-U link and password for uploading the required Document Hub logs for further investigation.
