โTo get assistance from a support specialist, you will need to be logged in to MyAccess portal using the Digital Assistant, include the required member details below. If you are using the Digital Assistant within the Help Centre, you will need to sign in to MyAccess portal to begin a new conversation with the Digital Assistant. Include the following details of the member experiencing the error:
Member's name (as it appears in Access Evo).
Email address used to log in.
As much detail as possible about how and when the issue started.
