HandiSoft Online (on Access Evo) - The user profile failed to attach in HandiSoft Online

When logging to HandiSoft Online the following error may occur.

FSLogix, Inc - User profile failed to attach. Please contact support.


​To get assistance from a support specialist, you will need to be logged in to MyAccess using the Digital Assistant. Include the following details of the member experiencing the error:

  • Member's name (as it appears in Access Evo).

  • Email address used to log in.

  • As much detail as possible about how and when the issue started.

  • Who else is affected at your firm?

  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
