To assist Support with determining the cause of the Document Hub error, raise a new case online, and provide the following information:
A screenshot of the specific error.
The steps you're taking to upload documents.
Does the error occur every time?
Does the error occur with all documents or just one?
Does the error occur with all clients or just one?
If you log in to HandiSoft with a different username, does the error occur?
If you log in to HandiSoft on a different computer with your username, does the error occur?
Do other users experience the error?
